Ms Heltmann manages Luvent’s donor-funded projects, with a focus on framework contracts. Her previous work experience includes higher education financing opportunities in sub-Saharan Africa and programme management for non-profits in recruitment and monitoring and evaluation. She has a background in demography and global health, including statistical analyses in areas of population projections and demographic transitions. Before Berlin, she was based in Kampala and London. She is native in English and proficient in German and Japanese.
