Ms. Vakouli is managing donor-funded projects, with a focus on framework contracts. Prior to joining Luvent, she supported the Open Government Partnership’s leadership strengthening work at the Open Government Leadership Collaborative. She has also worked in her native Greece as a staffer in political campaigns, as an academic research assistant and as a copywriter at a major Greek bank. She also has extensive volunteer experience in both development and humanitarian organizations. She is fluent in Greek, English and French.
