project description

The aim of the project was to assist the e-Government Unit develop an operational framework for implementing the e-governance strategy in various Ministries. This was done through the provision of technical support to the e-Government Unit, the e-Government Transformation Team and priority sectors and identification of high impact bankable projects that will enhance service delivery. The sectors where e-interventions were applied were the following: agriculture, education and health and core government services.
