Young Professional Programme
We are looking for recent university graduates to join Luvent’s 6-12 month Young Professional Programme in Berlin and start their careers in international development. As part of our dynamic and fast-growing team, you will support the acquisition and implementation of donor-funded projects, work closely with experienced project managers and international expert teams, and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of development consulting activities. Throughout the programme, you will benefit from tailored training opportunities, including workshops and conferences, as well as dedicated mentoring to support your professional and personal development.

Responsibilities
Candidates can look forward to regular client contact in business development and project management.
- Support the preparation of proposals for individual assignments and participate and learn in increasingly complex and comprehensive offers over time.
- Recruit specialists and team members for international projects.
- Support project implementation, including reporting, service delivery, organising conferences, team coordination, and project steering.
- Ensure quality control of specific project outputs.
Experience & Skill Requirements
- Commitment and passion for international development.
- Outstanding academic credentials with a university degree in International Studies, Political Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, European Studies or a related field.
- Full computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; fluency in French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
- Positive, “can do” attitude.
