Project Manager (French speaking)

We are looking for a Project Manager – based in Berlin or working remotely – with expertise in the areas of digitalisation, private sector development and climate change for development consulting. We are looking for detail-oriented, pro-active and responsibility taking individuals who aim at creating a positive impact through high-quality consulting services in the global development market.

Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage and coordinate ongoing international development projects.
- Travel to project locations to support effective project roll-out.
- Oversee contractual and financial aspects of project implementation.
- Ensure quality control of contract deliverables.
- Coordinate and contribute to the development of technical deliverables and content.
- Supervise and support project teams to ensure timely, high-quality results.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Strengthen the company’s industry presence through active participation in relevant events and discussions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor trends and best practices to inform strategic planning and maintain competitive advantage.
New Business
- Support the New Business team in developing proposals.
- Recruit expert teams for projects, including contract negotiations.
Experience & Skill Requirements
- Strong academic background with a master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics or another relevant field.
- At least one year of project management experience for donor-funded projects.
- Demonstrated success in developing and negotiating partnerships and financial agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and procurement regulations across sectors.
- Proven ability to manage and cultivate stakeholder relationships to support business growth.
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of successful partnerships.
- Full computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of English and/or French; fluency in both is a strong advantage.
- Display commitment and passion for international development.
- A proactive “can do” attitude with a strong drive to overcome challenges and achieve business objectives.
