For our growing team at the headquarters in Berlin, we are looking for Project Managers with expertise in the areas of digitalization, private sector development and climate change for development consulting. Responsibilities

Acquisition

  • Preparation of project proposals including methodology, project strategy drafting and overall technical offer preparation
  • Recruiting of expert teams for our various projects and opportunities including contract negotiations
  • Representing the main point of coordination for consortium members, experts and clients

Management

  • Responsibility for the management of ongoing projects
  • Possibility of travelling to project location to ensure efficient roll-out of the projects
  • Contractual and financial project management
  • Ensuring quality control of specific contract outputs
  • Coordinate, advise and develop the deliverables and content on projects
  • Supervise, manage and guide the project teams toward high-quality results

Sectoral Responsibilities

  • Assure ecosystem visibility of Luvent in your area of expertise
  • Stakeholder management
  • Engage with the current development in the field of specialization

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • Outstanding academic credentials with a Master’s Degree in International Studies, Political Sciences, Economics, European Studies or other relevant
  • At least one year of project management experience for donor-funded projects
  • Experience in preparing financial and technical offers for consulting projects
  • Fully familiar with different donor-specific procurement rules related to development cooperation
  • Proven track record in working with multiple stakeholders (client, consortium partners, experts)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Full computer literacy and full proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and/or French is a requirement, in both languages a strong advantage
  • Display commitment and passion for international development
  • Positive, “can do” attitude
