Ms Andrés has 16 years of professional experience in humanitarian aid and international cooperation covering the areas of civil protection and humanitarian aid operations, institutional reforms, democratization and the consolidation of the rule of law with a strong HRBA and GEWE approach. Ms Andrés has experience directly in conflict prevention, capacity building, community recovery, civil protection and community development, SSR and socio-economic reintegration and humanitarian support to vulnerable groups in post-conflict/disaster situations with a strong focus on the gender dimensions: GEWE. She contributed to the establishment of a strategic partnership and institutional capacity strengthening in the security sector reform in various African countries and she has experience in developing women and girls’ participation and empowerment strategies (WPS). She supports Luvent Consulting in the design, management, analysis, monitoring and evaluation of peacebuilding and stabilization programs with a strong gender equality approach. She is fluent in Spanish, French, English, and Portuguese.
