Mr. Njoya supports Luvent Consulting in entrepreneurship, private sector development and innovation advisory in French speaking countries across Africa. Abraham is a passionate problem solver based in Cameroon. He is the Founder and the current CEO of Afriexternalis; an innovation lab helping people reach their fullest potential as leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs or change makers. His ability to drive creative thinking and develop growth strategies have been developed through his experience at the Tony Elumelu Foundation as well as through working with startups / SMEs in Cameroun and West Africa. Abraham is also a Young African Leader’s Initiative (YALI) Alumnus and member of the Young Men Christian Association (YMCA).
