Ms Socolov is managing donor-funded projects, specifically with a focus on EU Framework Contracts. Before that she supported consulting organisations, NGOs and government agencies in applying for donor-funded tenders and grants – and assisted them in the search for experts and building consortia. Moreover, she led small-scale projects in areas such as social inclusion, migration, healthcare and entrepreneurship. She supported fundraising activities, design and delivery of trainings, partnership building and developed strategic developments. She also designed and conducted research on women-led small-scale business ownership and developed recommendations for local policy-makers. She speaks fluently English, French, Russian and Romanian.
